1. Characteristics of the goods or services

3Iron Sports is a company dedicated to the organisation and management of sports events in Portugal. Through this site, it is possible to obtain information about the events promoted by 3Iron Sports and to register online.

3. Right to free termination of the contract

Who registers in our events, has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract, without the need to invoke any reason. You may do so by submitting the free cancellation form attached to the DL no. 24/2014, of 14 February or through an unequivocal statement of resolution, either by coming in person to our headquarters, or by sending an electronic communication to the e-mail inscricoes@swim-challenge.com.

Once exercised the right to free termination of the contract, 3Iron Sports will return, in cash, the registration fee, within 30 days after the knowledge of that resolution, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer.

If the event for which the payment was made takes place within a period of less than 14 days, 3Iron Sports reserves the right to accept the cancellation only if it is informed of it up to the day before the event takes place.

2. Prices and payments

The prices indicated in the present site include the amount due as VAT.

Means of payment: possibility of payment by (i) ATM reference; (ii) Credit Card (via Paypal).

4. Applicable law and possibility of recourse to extra-judicial mechanisms

The Portuguese legislation shall apply to the resolution of any question which may arise in relation to the relationship between 3Iron Sports and the Customer.

In the event of a dispute, as an alternative to resorting to the judicial courts, the Customer may resort to the "European Online Dispute Resolution Platform", available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=PT.
